BIO SKETCH

Cosmo F. Ferrara, Ed.D., has spent more than 25 years honing his craft—as writer, teacher, and consultant. Prior to starting his own business, he served as Director of Retail Publications for Deloitte & Touche, where he wrote and edited articles, brochures, reports, proposals, presentations, books, and other marketing materials. In addition, he conducted workshops in effective business writing for clients and colleagues.
